RETURN POLICY

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after the original date of purchasing your item to request a return.

First, reach out to us through our "Contact Us" form found at the bottom of our page. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging (must be folded and placed back in clear Lovo poly bag). You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase as well as the reason for returning.

Exchanges and returns are hassle free and associated costs will be covered if accepted. Please ensure you send back the item as it was received, clean and free of pet hair. We reserve the right to reject any items that appear to have been worn or altered. Such items will be returned at the customers expense. Exchanges can be made on the spot if the order is changed before it is shipped. Our orders usually take 24 - 48 hours to be processed and shipped (sometimes sooner). If an exchange is needed after it has been shipped, once we receive your item in the previously stated condition we will issue you a full refund and you can place another order.


To start a return, you can fill out the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of our homepage. Once you gone through our return process, mail your return to us and we will evaluate to see if it is accepted. If so, we’ll issue you a full refund as soon as possible. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Sale items purchased are final sale.


All previous shipping costs are non-refundable. You can always contact us for any return question at support@lovogolf.com.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to reach out to customer support by filling out the "Contact Us" form at the bottom of our homepage. If the exchange is approved, return the item you have and we will issue you a full refund and you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
