General questions

What is the status of my order?

Lovo Golf covers free standard shipping for domestic and international shipping. In Canada, standard shipping can range from 4-6 business days after the order is processed. In the USA, standard shipping is typically 10 business days (could possibly be faster based on your location) after the order is processed. 

All free shipping comes with tracking.

However you can pay an additional $10 US for quicker shipping with 3 business days within Canada and 6-8 business days in the US.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm with you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We work hard to get your order out as fast as we can to make sure you get your order on time. It typically takes 24-48 hours to process the order (sometimes quicker) but if you contact us as soon as you can we will do our best. Please reach out to us through our "Contact Us" section at the bottom of our website.

Where do you ship?

We currently offer exclusive shipping to the United-States (Hawaii and Alaska pay $15.00 for shipping) and Canada.

We hope to offer shipping around the world soon once we have launched and gained some momentum! 

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 24 to 48 hours to process it for delivery.

Standard shipping time for the countries covered by our delivery partner is presented below. You can find them when choosing for a delivery method before confirming your order:

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, CAD.

If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD or CAD, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

Can I change the currency of the website?

Yes! You can change the currency of the website at the bottom left corner of any of our website pages between USD and CAD.

Do you offer 3 or 4 times payment option?

No sorry we do not, we only accept full payments.

 

Donations

All donations made through our charity: water "The Spring" page and through Pledgeling will be the sole responsibility of the customer.

Why does it show I added 3 items to my cart when I make a $3.00 donation at the checkout?

With the way Pledeling is setup we were unable to create a one time donation of $3.00 but could set it up with a $1.00 donation, three times (we hope that makes sense). If you look at your cart you will be able to see that you are actually making 3 donations of $1.00. You can also change it to greater and lesser amounts in your cart. Thank you for your contribution - you are making a difference!

How can I track my package?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.

Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order.

Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

What if I'm not home?

If you're not home, a new delivery will be performed the next day or the delivery partner will reach out to schedule a new delivery date depending on the country and delivery method you choose.

You may also have to go to your local post office to collect your package in case it cannot be delivered to you.

 

 

Returns

Do you accept returns?

We do accept returns in respect to the following conditions:

- The item must have been sold on our online store
- The item should not have been used in any way, all tags must still be in place, and product must be folded and placed back in clear Lovo poly-bag.
- The return or exchange request is made within 30 days of original purchase
- The return is made within 14 days of the return or exchange request

Can I exchange an item?

We only accept exchanges if the order is changed before it is shipped. Our orders usually take 24 - 48 hours to be processed and shipped (sometimes sooner).

The easiest way to exchange your item is to purchase a new shirt while we are processing the shirt you are returning.

Are returns free?

Returns are not free and all costs associated with shipping back items will be the sole responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our refund policy for more information.

How long does it take to process a return?

Returns are confirmed within 14 days of receiving the package at our warehouse.

If your return is accepted, the reimbursement will be issued within 14 days of our services accepting your return.

Do you sell wholesale?

We absolutely love selling online to our customers but we are also more than open to selling to pro shops and retailers across the United States and Canada. Reach out to us through our "Contact Us" section at the bottom of our home page to find out more and/or schedule a meeting.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently do not have any physical stores.

Do you give discounts on group orders?

We will give 10% off to any group order of 10 shirts or more. We understand once in awhile you and your friends absolutely just need matching polo's and we've totally got you covered for that.

How can I stay up to date on restocks?

Follow us closely on Instagram as we will be posting about our restocks, new apparel launches, and everything else. If you want to jump ahead of the curve just send us an email through our "Contact Us" section at the bottom of our home page!

How do I know what size I am?

Although our golf polos are more of an athletic fit they also fit like any other golf polo. If you are having troubles finding the right size please reach out to us through our "Contact Us" section at the bottom of our home page. If you would like to request a different size than what is shown shoot us an email and we can see what we can do the next time we restock!
